Following the wedding ceremony, the celebrations begin with a champagne reception at the back of the Chapel before we move to the Falcon Hotel for the rest of the day and evening. The timings are currently intended to be something like this:

| 2:00pm | Champagne reception and photos (Chapel) |
| 2:45pm | Canapés in the Main Lounge (Falcon Hotel) |
| 3:45pm | Wedding Breakfast and speeches in the Garden Terrace |
| 6:15pm | Tea and Coffee in the Main Lounge Guests may wish to check in to their accommodation at this point: see Transport page for those staying outside of Uppingham |
| 7:15pm | Cutting of the Cake in the Garden Terrace |
| 7:30pm | Ceilidh – set 1 |
| 8:45pm | Evening buffet |
| 9:15pm | Ceilidh – set 2 |
| 10:30pm | DJ / Disco |
| Midnight | Carriages |
